Vash's hair, part eleventy

Sorry no chapter today. I got distracted by the bright-shininess that is a new idea for Lasrua. (Finally! had an idea for her!) So I've been wandering around in a bit of a daze planning all that out.
However! I found the time to fire up my game to try out some hair on Vash. And I think I found The Hair. Check it out:

My only complaint about this hair (truly I only have one) is that it seems like his skull is a little too short in the back. Do you see what I mean? But I guess I could live with that. It's not the only one that was that way.

What do you think? I probably won't take pictures of him till next weekend, if then, so we still have time to think about it, O ye who still care. 
And speaking of bright shiny things that distract me, I already found a use for that hair I was squealing over the other day, yay!

I am thinking about using that hair on the Old Man once he starts letting his hair grow out. (Which I think will be soon since young noble boys are supposed to have long hair.) I happen to have that same hair (or something very similar) with and without the ponytail, so I have both the hair I like and the growing-out version of said hair. Very cool.
As for Vash, I think I've found the best I am going to get. I'm still not swooning (as I am over the curls) but it really does seem like his old hair, grown out a few shaggy inches. Poor sad Vash!

WOW!!!!
Gotta love the 'rough, shaggy hair', really really nice. I can think of a few of my own Sims that would suit that style.
That other style for Vash looks ok, he's got a very long face, so I expect it'll be difficult trying to get a style that actually goes well with that bone structure.
As it is, I cannot decide which one would suit him, so, as you're the author, it'll be up to your own discretion and I'll be happy enough to see which style Vash will be sporting in future chapters.

What picture are you using, Penelope? If it's straight from the story it's only 476x357, but I could at least get you the 600x450 version if you can tell me which one.
Actually I am seriously considering swapping up to use the 600x450 size starting in 1086, and I will probably retroactively apply that to 1085 since I still have all the un-resized pictures. I'm not sure how many people even notice I'm not using the full size.

I spend nearly all of my unpaused time in cameraman mode, and they don't look at you then. I do remember Cat has done it before, so you might think it has to do with friendly outgoing Sims, but Lar is neither of those.
I do love when they do it though. It is always a powerful moment when you get the sense they are aware of you too. This must be how God feels. Whoever added that apparently pointless feature at Maxis knew what they were doing.
