Party Guest Mod?

Does anybody know of a mod (or even a cheat) that would make it so that I can have a rather high number of party guests without the police showing up? Thanks, guys!

You might have to temporarily make them selectable to keep them around though. If you don't have it you can get it here http://www.insimenator.net/forumdisplay.php?f=38

My main problem with the parties is that the police show up when there are too many people present and I don't know what the magic number is that summons the police. I have some kind of teleporter that I downloaded from MTS2 but I haven't tried it out yet. I think it actually adds the neighbors to the family, though.
