Should I pick the gender of Hetty's baby?

Hmmm... I think it would be

And I honestly can't see this baby being completely healthy. My guess is it'll either have FAS or grow up to be very disturbed given the seriously messed up household it's being born into (and some of the other members of said household might subconsciously expect the baby to fix things, and then they'll be all disappointed when it doesn't and it might become an elephant in the room throughout the poor kid's childhood). But then again, I'm a very pessimistic person, so maybe I'm just overthinking the kid's tragic fate.
But I kind of doubt it.
