Now that my lunch hours are spent in the office again, it looks like I’m back to storyline-​building rather than writing during that time.

Upon commencing The Politico-​Sigefrithian, I immediately realized that I could never neatly summarize the historical context of early 1067 in the little space available to me at the top of the page.

Verily, I thought, Pre-​Lotherian History should be an article in its own right… so I wrote one. Never dreaming how many hours it would take. *sigh*

So here you go: “The History of the Hwalas” – all the foreign kings, all the family scandal.
