OMG This was so awesome! Gwynn looks cute and Meggie and Emma are hot and Kraaia too. Ogive looks brainy I wouldn't think the hippy look suits her but it does. Yware looks like the obnoxious rich boy and Cubby looks like a rebel. Cedric looks good and Conrad too. Everyone looks great in modern clothes.

I can't wait to see what youir going to do for my birthday Meryt.

This was AMAZING! Gwynn was adorable. And Dunstan is pretty smoking.The others had a look about them that I could totally see into their high school personalities. You did a great job. Some of the guys actually look better in the modern age...HUBBA HUBBA!

Oh, Devin. She will probably resurrect every one of your beloved characters and take pictures of them. Or write alternative endings if they had lived.

BALDWIN! That poor guy is so forgettable, even I forget him. I don't know what he would even look like in modern clothes. I don't know who would even care.

I realized about halfway through this that I forgot Caedwulf too. Class of 1087. He was too busy today, out being most likely to succeed. Or getting laid or something.

I was just thinking, "well, maybe she didn't do him because he's not really a MAIN character." But then you didn't do Caedwulf. Shame on you!

And man, Cedric looks just like Leof! He's all lips and eyes.

As kissable as Cedric may be, he has at least escaped the curse of Leof's fish lips. If anything that makes him more kissable.

But yes his eyes are intense. That boy needs to stop slicking his hair back and squirming around like he has to pee--he could look almost brooding if he weren't so awkward and easily flustered. SO romantic. I wonder whether Gwynn could resist.

He's that guy Emma copies off of in geometry. You know, eats lunch in the bathroom alone, calls his mom after every class...

They all look so awesome. Maybe I just love that particularly ponytail, but I thought Dunstan was looking pretty hot here. And I had to laugh when I saw Yware's frat boy look. I wonder if Caedwulf is one of his Delta Kappa Nu brothers.

LOL at your portrayal of Baldwin, Van. Poor Baldwin doesn't even get bullied, he's that nonexistent.

I've been thinking of switching Dunstan over to that particular ponytail in real life. Or, uh, whatever passes for my real life. I think it suits his HOW POETIC I AM persona better than the natty, smoothed-back ponytail he's sporting now.

On the other hand, the natty boy-next-door Dunstan has his charms as well. Maybe I will save it for when something worth brooding about actually happens to the boy. (Not that I predict tragedy for him in 1086, no not at all...)

I am trying very hard to resist the siren call of Yware+Connie (Ywnnie? Conware?) since I have other plans for her. But damn they are cute together. TIME WILL TELL.

This was so great! I agree with everyone, basically. Gwynn really does look stunning, and Connie and Yware are indeed interesting. Still, EadRAD. And oh Cedric. All modern and on the way to being brooding. I wish he could keep the hair, it seems to suit him!

I do have a black version of that hair. I just need to think of a storyline that inspires him to cut it.

Actually, probably all it would take would be overhearing Gwynn admiring the same hairstyle on someone else.

It's a pity that the fashion for men of his rank is long hair, but I guess that cutting off his long hair would be just the sort of foolishness that a boy his age would do for loooove.

Ah, Sigefrith asking, "What happened to your head, runt?" and Cubby groaning, "He cut it off for a girl." I can see it now.

Yeah, I could see him doing that, silly boy. It could also run along the lines of Anne of Green Gables, except instead of changing his hair color Cedric tries some "remedy" (brought to his knowledge by questionable sources/friends) for hair to grow faster and look a bit more like, I don't know, Cearball's. And once that fails, the whole plan backfires and Cedric just has to cut the damage off. This generation is so much fun.

Why did I immediately think of Cubby when you said "questionable sources/friends". Cubby is a questionable source AND a friend!

The only problem would be if Yware turns out to be a real jerk. But something tells me he's smooth. Even if he is a jerk, he will know how to seduce sisters and sisters' best friends alike.

Dunstan will not approve. I bet he'll be the first to notice. Alred will be too excited to see his real son, and the ladies will be charmeeeed by him. Including Brit. Oooh, the drama!

MAGS IS AWESOME. She’s pretty much how I wanted to look like in college, but it takes a certain amount of attitude to rock those black thick-​framed glasses.

Love Brit’s big-​sister look, she’s like the sophisticated “older girl” whom Emma’s boy classmates come to oogle over. (And sassy Emma snarks their asses off.)
